Eyecan operates two related business divisions. Eyecan Athletics provides basketball training, athlete development, skills training, camps, coaching, memberships, subscriptions, daily training plans, performance training, and related athletic programs. Eyecan Technologies provides digital services including website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, branding, UX/UI design, digital growth services, online coaching support, athlete-focused digital tools, and related technology solutions.

Service availability, pricing, schedules, trainer availability, and program details may vary and may be updated at any time.
Eyecan accepts payments through secure third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Payments may be collected for one-time training sessions, daily training plans, monthly memberships, subscriptions, camps and registrations, private or group coaching, digital service packages, website or app development projects, deposits, retainers, milestone payments, invoices, signed contracts, and approved project work.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges associated with your selected service, plan, membership, subscription, registration, invoice, or contract.
Eyecan may offer flexible daily training plans, including plans priced around $10, $15, or $20 per day, depending on the program type, training level, schedule, trainer availability, and selected service.
Eyecan may also offer monthly memberships or recurring subscription plans. Subscription billing may continue until canceled according to the applicable plan terms.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the plan details before signing up. Daily plans, subscriptions, and memberships are intended to make training more accessible and flexible for athletes and families.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased.
For Eyecan Athletics services, training sessions, camps, memberships, subscriptions, daily plans, and coaching programs may be non-refundable once the session, program, billing period, or service period has started. Missed sessions, unused training days, or failure to attend may not qualify for a refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For Eyecan Technologies services, deposits, retainers, milestone payments, and project fees may be non-refundable once work has started, resources have been allocated, strategy has been prepared, development has begun, or deliverables have been provided.
If a customer believes a billing error has occurred, they should contact Eyecan promptly at support@eyecantechnologies.com so the matter can be reviewed.
Customers agree to contact Eyecan first regarding any billing question, cancellation issue, service concern, or suspected payment error before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Eyecan maintains records of registrations, subscriptions, invoices, customer communications, contracts, service delivery, trainer scheduling, project milestones, and payment history to support verification of legitimate transactions.
Customers agree to provide accurate information when registering, booking, subscribing, signing a contract, or making a payment.
For athletic programs, customers are responsible for arriving on time, following trainer instructions, respecting facility rules, and ensuring that participating athletes are physically able to participate.
For minors, a parent or legal guardian must authorize participation, payment, registration, and any required waivers.
For technology and digital services, clients are responsible for providing required content, approvals, access, feedback, brand materials, and timely communication needed to complete the project.
Athletic training, basketball training, strength training, conditioning, camps, and performance programs involve physical activity and may carry risk of injury.
By participating in Eyecan Athletics programs, the customer, athlete, parent, or guardian understands and accepts these risks. Customers should consult a medical professional before beginning any physical training program if they have health concerns, injuries, medical conditions, or limitations.
Eyecan does not guarantee specific athletic results, scholarships, team placement, recruitment outcomes, performance improvements, or competitive success.
Eyecan Technologies provides professional digital services based on the scope agreed with each client. Timelines, deliverables, performance, and results may depend on client approvals, third-party platforms, advertising budgets, technical requirements, market conditions, and other factors outside Eyecan's control.
Eyecan does not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, audience growth, app store approvals, advertising performance, or business results unless specifically agreed in writing.
Eyecan may update schedules, trainers, class availability, program structures, service packages, pricing, and website content as needed. Eyecan may reschedule sessions, adjust training times, change program availability, or modify service timelines due to operational needs, trainer availability, facility availability, weather, technical issues, or other business reasons.
All website content, branding, logos, designs, graphics, text, service descriptions, program materials, training systems, digital materials, and other content created by Eyecan are owned by Eyecan or used with permission.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or misuse Eyecan content without written permission.
For digital projects, ownership of final deliverables will be governed by the applicable agreement, invoice, or contract. Eyecan may retain rights to underlying tools, templates, frameworks, processes, concepts, and pre-existing materials unless otherwise stated in writing.
Customers or clients may provide content, images, logos, brand materials, business information, athlete information, website access, app credentials, or other materials. By providing such materials, the customer confirms they have the right to use and share them with Eyecan.
Eyecan may use provided materials only as needed to deliver the requested services.
Users agree not to misuse our websites, interfere with website functionality, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content, or use our websites for unlawful purposes.
Eyecan may restrict access, refuse service, cancel registrations, or terminate services if a user violates these Terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eyecan is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, injuries caused by failure to follow instructions, or results outside Eyecan's control.
Eyecan's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Eyecan may use third-party platforms and providers, including payment processors, scheduling tools, hosting providers, advertising platforms, analytics tools, communication tools, and software services. Eyecan is not responsible for outages, delays, errors, policy changes, or actions by third-party providers.
